All orders placed with Arlana are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped and is with the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its expected delivery time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email at support@arlana.com. Provide us with your new shipping address. Note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

Orders canceled within this time frame will be eligible for a refund. However, if the order has already been fulfilled and shipped within these 6 hours, the refund will be processed once the package is returned to us.
Warranty Information:
